Stag Skull Iron-On Patch

The stag skull is beautiful and majestic and would create an incredible statement piece on the back of a jacket or coat, or as a part of a larger fabric or quilting project.

This iron-on patch is handmade using a freehand machine embroidery technique on a JUKI zig-zag machine, right here in Melbourne, Australia.

Because of the handmade element of this freehand embroidery technique, slight variations from piece to piece are to be expected as each patch has to be slowly and skilfully passed through the machine by hand.

This patch is iron-on and can be placed and secured down by heat, but should still be permanently secured with hand or machine stitching around the edges.

Beacuse embroidery can be delicate, it is best to choose a place or garment that does not require frequent washing or in a position that will likely encounter frequent rubbing or wear.
